Kevin and Sue Hare would love to welcome you to enjoy a stay at our comfortable, family-run Isle of Wight accommodation, which was recently awarded 4 stars through the 'Enjoy England' campaign from the national tourist office for Britain.

Superb Location

Cliff Lodge Guest House is superbly located next to the famous cliff path, part of the Island's wonderfully picturesque Coastal Walk, between Shanklin and Sandown - the views over Sandown Bay are truly fantastic!

There is a large, attractive, sunny garden to the front of the property where, on a pleasant summer evening, you can take advantage of the warm sunshine, the wonderful sea air and, as we're licensed to serve alcohol, maybe the odd sundowner or three!

To the rear of the property we have ample parking, but for those of you not travelling by car, we are conveniently located near to Lake railway station and for other public transport, so one way or another, getting around will be a breeze.

We reckon that the well-used, house buying mantra "location, location, location", is also important when you're choosing holiday accommodation!

Excellent Facilities

We welcome individual travellers, couples, families and larger groups and as you would rightly expect from Isle of Wight accommodation that carries the Enjoy England Quality Rose, our facilities are of a consistently high standard and you'll be assured of a good level of comfort and convenience.

All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, including various fruit teas, and still and sparkling water. A hair dryer and a radio alarm clock are also provided.

We have the follwing room types for you to choose from:

•  2 En-suite family rooms equiped with TV and Video. We can also provide travel cots and high chairs, as required
•  4 En-suite doubles rooms
•  2 En-suite twin rooms.
•  1 single room with private bathroom.

Our lounge offers a comfortable, cosy retreat in which to relax after a fun-filled day on the island and you can lose yourself in a great book, play board games, watch SKY TV, or simply enjoy a chat over a drink.

Please note, there is a no smoking policy throughout the property.

Wonderful Food

What can we say about the food?

Well, when we tell you that Kevin is a chef by profession, you know you're onto a good thing right from the start - as far as the food goes, this is one Isle of Wight accommodation where you're going to be in for a real treat!

Meals are freshly prepared to a high standard and we use as much fresh, local produce as possible, not only to ensure that you experience the real 'taste' of the Isle of Wight, but also to support local businesses.

Besides breakfast, if you fancy a night in, we also offer evening meals, which are bookable on the day. The menu changes daily and a vegetarian choice is always available.
